ONLINE APPLICATION:
  • This list is for Scholarship (Funded) students. Point to be mention that, I was my own sponsor along with funding from University.
  • This document is for those who will apply ONLINE from South Korea

There are 9 segments where you can upload documents. Keep in mind, ONLY ONE file can be added in each segment. So add all necessary documents in one file for each segment. I am giving the detail list of documents which you can add in each segment.

Application for Study Permit Made Outside of Canada (IMM1294) (required)

- Upload the duly filled IMM1294E form in PDF format.

Letter of Acceptance (required)

-Your Master/PhD offer letter/acceptance letter

Passport (required)

- Current Passport scan copy [Bio Pages + Other pages contains Visa/stamps]

- Previous Passport scan copy (if have) [Bio Pages + Other pages contains Visa/stamps]

- Alien Registration Card scan copy

- Certificate of Alien Registration [can be collected from immigration/district office]

Police Certificate from Korean National Police Agency

Police Clearance Certificate from Bangladesh

Proof of Means of Financial Support (required)

- Financial planning per annum

- Scholarship/Funding offer letter

- Bank Certificate (잔액증명서)

- Certificate of Transaction Particulars [Bank Transaction statement] for last 4 months

- Tax Clearance Certificate (For my case I was my own sponsor, that’s why collected from

Korea. You can collect from any tax office)

- Financial Explanation Letter [You may mention about the source of money]

Proof of medical exam (required)

- Do the medical UPFRONT and upload the e-Medical information sheet you received from

Hospital

Digital photo (required)

- Upload a 35mm x 45mm Photograph

Family Information (IMM5645) (required)

- Fill the form IMM5645 and upload it

- For writing name in your language you may attach extra paper

Letter of Explanation (required)

- Study Plan

- Recent CV/Resume

- All (SSC, HSC, Bachelor, Master…) Academic Transcripts and Certificates

- IELTS/TOEFL Report

- All Job Certificates (if have)

Schedule 1 - Application for a Temporary Resident Visa Made Outside Canada

(IMM 5257) (required)

- Upload duly filled form

Don’t need to notarize any docs. Just Scan the original documents and submit in pdf format.
